Each counselling session is client led; it is an opportunity to be heard, understood and have focussed attention and care for the issues or concerns that are important to you. The first session will be a general discussion about you and the goals you wish to achieve through counselling.

Following our initial session together we will focus on progress against the desired goals along with any further matters you wish to address. Remember each session is led by you and the needs you have on the day.
