My name is Stefanie, I am a trauma informed and neurodivergent affirming, PaCFA clinically registered counsellor.
When you are ready, I will work with you to explore your concerns and help you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

I know that seeking out a counsellor is significant first step; having the strength to give voice to your difficulties is hard. Arena Counselling is a safe space where you will feel supported at all times so that, together, we can find the best way to understand and resolve your concerns.

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs.

I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.

How do I get started?
You do not need a GP Mental Health Care plan to book a session. Appointment availability varies depending on current demand. Rebates can be claimed through Medibank Private and AHM.
